Your Laundry Lady will contact you with laundry service totals/invoice via email or text (per your preference), simply click the link “PAY NOW†on your invoice to complete your transaction and your Laundry Lady will confirm drop off date, time and location.

Most Laundry Ladies work from home and pride themselves on providing a personalized service in a clean environment for their customers. Laundry Ladies are unable to offer laundry service in your home as they are not licensed and insured to do so. Did you know? Anyone can become a Laundry Lady or Laundry Lad Licensee. If you are interested, please see the LINK on our HOME PAGE to apply.
No problem. We understand that everyone is busy and might not be home at the time of pick up or delivery. Please put your laundry in a basket, hamper, plastic bin or other structured container so that the laundry will remain folded easily. You can leave it at your front door or other specified area. If you don’t have something structured, bags will work as well, the laundry will be delivered back to you in clean bags.
Your Laundry Lady will return your laundry typically within 24 hours, with the exception of Fridays, holidays and if emergencies arise. If your laundry lady needs additional time to complete your laundry service, she will contact you directly to make arrangements. Your convenience is our priority. The pick up and delivery times are flexible. We generally use a two hour window and will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Our Laundry Ladies care for your clothes as if they were their own. They understand that you are trusting them with your laundry and your trust is very important to them. Your laundry goes directly from your hands to theirs. No third party person/place is doing your laundry. It will NEVER be washed with anyone else’s laundry. If you believe something is missing please let your Laundry Lady know immediately. If an item is damaged during the washing process, your Laundry Lady will work with you directly to sort out any issues/concerns. Please make sure to read your Laundry Ladies Profile Page pertaining to her individual laundry service terms and conditions.
Each Laundry Lady accepts: Debit/Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card,) You will receive your laundry service invoice via email or text. The invoice will have a safe/secure PAY NOW link for you to complete your payment. Once payment is received, your Laundry Lady will deliver your fresh and clean laundry back to your designated spot.
None whatsoever. You can cancel or suspend your laundry service with your particular Laundry Lady at any time.
